creative1. Inspiration comes at any time of the day. If you're a writer, make sure you have a piece of paper and pen/pencil/any writing instrument at all times. Leave one by your bed, in your bag, use a computer, write on a napkin, etc. If you're an artist stretch out your idea. Even if you prefer to use a computer when writing or drawing, writing/drawing down the idea still helps.
2. Inspiration comes in the oddest places. Stuck? Go take a shower. You have no idea how many ideas come to you when you take a shower. Ever tried writing while lying upside down? Try it. Just don't say too long in that position... the blood will all rush to your head.
3. Psyrien once said, "There's something about midnight that just screams creativity" If you have the time and don't mind being tired the next day, stay up until 2 in the morning. Inspiration comes a plenty during that time. Seito-chan knows. Most of her stories are written around 1 in the morning... which kills her beta cause their are TONS of spelling and grammar mistakes. *hugs QY* Thank you so much!
4. Go visit the nearest cafe/coffe shop/tea house place in your town. There is just something about the atomsphere in those places that works wonders on the inspiring artists/writer. For those of you who are coffee/tea addicts like psyrien and myself you're killing two birds at once. Getting your inspiration and getting caffine at the same time.
Thus basically, the point of this tip. Carry around paper and pencil and go do different things or visit different places to help the inspiration flow.
